Not quite right? Return unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

How it works

1. Get in touchSend us your order number and the items you’d like to return through the contact form. We’ll reply with a returns address.
2. Pack it upPlace the items in their original packaging, unworn and unwashed, with all tags attached.
3. Send it backShip the parcel to the address we provide. We recommend using a tracked service.
4. Get your refundOnce your return arrives and is checked, we’ll refund the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

What can be returned

• Items that are unworn, unwashed and in their original condition
• Items with all original tags and packaging
• Returns requested within 30 days of delivery

Items marked final sale, and items that show signs of wear, washing or alteration, can’t be returned.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Let us know through the contact form and we’ll swap it for you, subject to availability. Because our runs are limited, an item may sell out before we can send a replacement. In that case we’ll issue a refund instead.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or incorrect items

If something arrived damaged, faulty or isn’t what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we’ll put it right.
