Delivery times start once your order has been dispatched, not when it is placed.

Processing

Orders placed before 2pm EST on a business day are usually dispatched the same or next day. During a new drop, processing can take up to 3 business days. We’ll email you as soon as your order is on its way.

Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking number by email when your parcel ships. If you haven’t seen an update after a few days, check your spam folder or get in touch.

Duties & taxes

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties and taxes set by your country. These are charged by the carrier on delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Wrong address or missing parcel

If you’ve entered an incorrect address, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to update it before dispatch. If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the estimated window, contact us with your order number and we’ll investigate.
